Returns & Shipment

We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. For the exchange to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received – unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via email at sandisklocka@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and address.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return. Ensure that you follow the provided instructions; otherwise, items returned without prior exchange requests will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This prompt communication allows us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and earrings (for hygiene reasons). Legal rights for return are forfeited if:

  • The item is damaged due to wear and tear, an accident, or misuse.
  • You were aware of the fault before purchasing (e.g., scratches, poor condition, breakage).
  • The damage is a result of attempts to repair the goods on your part.

Please be aware that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
